Dedicated to the pursuit of helping individuals find fulfilling careers and fostering their personal growth, my life’s mission revolves around guiding people through transformative journeys. With a robust career, including 13 years in human resources management and recruiting, I have seamlessly integrated my wealth of experience into my true passion—collaborating with individuals, especially those navigating challenging life transitions.

My approach involves offering dual pathways that complement each other—aiding individuals in their job search while concurrently enhancing and strengthening their Personal Foundation. Having worked with more than 200 clients, I have successfully guided them through various career stages, providing support in areas such as career assessments, resumé writing, job search strategies, and interviewing skills.  

As a human resources professional in Texas and California, I have recruited on behalf of many clients, including Mary Kay Cosmetics, Frito-Lay, Inc., Kaiser Permanente, and the University of California at San Francisco.  

As a personal coach, I have facilitated Personal Foundation workshops at Sober Living houses and for Residential Alcohol Rehabilitation programs in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California.

Additionally, I have held leadership positions with non-profit organizations, including Leadership Texas and Leadership Texas Alumni Association, Leadership Arlington, the Women's Center of Dallas, and the Santa Barbara Newcomers Club. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Sociology.
